Axis has come through a recent audit by IIP Scotland with a clean bill of health which continues to demonstrate our commitment to our staff and consultants alike. Director Jim Anderson commented that he was very pleased to have retained the accreditation and felt that the audit gives a great opportunity to sense check our performance and gauge the feedback from our people. Axis always aims to improve its performance through continuous development of its people whilst promoting open and regular communications at all levels throughout the company. Irene Macdonald who conducted the audit was very pleased by the positive feedback from the people interviewed.
