Axis were contracted to provide planning and supervision for offshore DST, TCP, well test, coiled tubing and PLT operations.
We undertook the following work scope:
- Expert onshore assistance for planning support and equipment arrangements
- Liaise with client team and provide review and input
- Supervise operations at wellsite
- Post-test project close out and provide lessons learned
A number of valuable lessons learned were captured and disseminated throughout the drilling teams both offshore and the clients management team onshore. We received excellent feedback from our satisfied customer, who commented on the knowledge, competence and professionalism of the Axis team involved in delivering this complex well test project.
