Flow Performance Study Update for DST Operation

Background

Following a successful flow performance study conducted in 2024, a leadingenergy operator engaged our team to update the analysis in preparation for anupcoming Drill Stem Test (DST) on a CCS appraisal well. The objective was toremove a previous 150-bar wellhead pressure constraint to better assessfracture initiation potential and incorporate a revised well design.

Scope of Work

We proposed a structured and collaborative approach, delivered through four keywork packages:

  1. Input Data Review
  2. Flow Performance Modelling
  3. Tubing Stress Analysis
  4. Additional Sensitivities and Model Updates

Outcome

The updated study provided a robust, constraint-free evaluation of injectionperformance, supporting DST planning and fracture risk assessment. Byintegrating the new well architecture and sensitivity scenarios, the analysiswas aligned with current operational objectives and subsurface conditions.
